Join La Tanya S. Autry, the Marcia Brady Tucker Senior Fellow, Department of Photography, and curator of the exhibition Let Us March On: Lee Friedlander and the Prayer Pilgrimage for Freedom, as she leads a walking tour that tells the story of the African American liberation movement in New Haven. The journey recognizes the city's history and its enduring practice of political action, and it spotlights how activists have countered racial oppression by claiming public spaces in New Haven.
