Add to my Calendar Get DirectionsPrint This Event
Though lithography was invented at the end of the 18th century, it would take two decades before the medium could be produced in the United States. Join Rebecca Szantyr, the Florence B. Selden Fellow in the Department of Prints and Drawings, for a discussion of early American lithographs and an examination of the variety of uses for lithography in image-making. Space is limited. Please meet in the Gallery lobby.
